Muntazir Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Muntazir account and everything stored with it. You do not need an account to use Muntazir — deleting one leaves the app fully working.
In the app
- Open Muntazir and go to More → Account.
- Sign in, if you are not already.
- Tap Delete account and confirm with your password.
Deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone.
Without the app
If you can no longer install Muntazir, ask us and we will delete the account for you. Write from the email address the account uses, so we can be sure it is yours.

We action requests within 30 days, and usually within a few days.
What is deleted
- Your account record — email address, display name and password hash.
- Your saved favourites.
- Your Quran bookmarks.
- Your notes.
- All sign-in sessions on every device.
Nothing of yours is kept afterwards. Residual copies in encrypted database backups are overwritten within 30 days.
What stays on your phone
Your settings, tasbih counts and anything you saved while signed out live on the phone itself, not on our servers, so deleting your account does not touch them. To remove those as well, uninstall the app.
